We currently shop at Watt Market, Marian Market, Akim Market and 8 Miles Market in Calabar. Have a favourite trader there? Tell us and we can buy from them.
What can I order?
Foodstuff, soup ingredients, meat and fish, fruits and vegetables, provisions and household essentials. You can also name a dish, such as ‘egusi for six’, and ask us to help put your list together.
How much does it cost?
You pay for your items, a service fee and delivery. Fixed fees have not yet been announced. Send your list for a complete estimate before paying. Event and bulk shopping are quoted individually.
How do I pay?
After you approve your estimate, pay by bank transfer to the DebNyam Technologies Limited company account confirmed by our team. Never pay into a shopper’s personal account. If unsure, call +234 911 639 8834.
What if market prices change?
The estimate includes a small 5–10% buffer for price changes. If an item goes above that, your shopper contacts you before buying. Any unspent balance is refunded the same day.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Orders are taken from 8am to 6pm. Send your list early for same-day shopping and delivery; late lists are shopped the next morning. The team will confirm your delivery timing with your estimate.
What if an item is wrong or missing?
Check everything at the door. Tell us immediately about missing, damaged or incorrect items so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I order for a party or event?
Yes. Send the full list, quantities, location and date. We will prepare a quote for your large order.
Can I send a voice note or photograph of my list?
Yes. Open our WhatsApp chat and type your list, attach a photograph or send a voice note. The website form accepts text; photos and voice notes can be sent directly in WhatsApp.
Has my order been placed when I fill in the form?
Submitting a valid list opens the official DEBnYAM WhatsApp chat with your details filled in. Press Send inside WhatsApp to send the enquiry. Our team then confirms your estimate, availability and delivery details. Opening WhatsApp alone does not place an order.
